If you do not agree, we kindly request that you refrain from using the service. All shuttle service bookings must be made through the official website www.Shuttle2home.com, telephone, email or via authorized communication channels.
Payment for all travel must be completed prior to the first travel date.
Credit card payments are accepted; however, a surcharge of 2% will be applied to all Visa and MasterCard transactions, and a 4% surcharge will apply to American Express transactions.
Alternatively, we can provide our bank details for payments via internet bank transfer, if preferred.
All prices, in NZ dollars, include GST. A 20% surcharge applies on public holidays. If an incorrect quote is provided during booking, Shuttle2home may collect the correct amount before
travel. Rates include transportation within a 5 to 10-kilometer radius; beyond this distance, an extra charge of $2.00 per kilometer will apply.
Customers should arrive at Auckland airport a minimum of 3 hours before international flights and 2 hours before domestic flights are scheduled to depart.
We advise passengers to schedule their transfer a minimum of 48 to 72 hours in advance to prevent any last-minute inconveniences.
Notify us promptly of any changes to your travel plans and shuttle2home is not liable for delays or early arrivals of flights.
For arriving passengers, inform Shuttle2home promptly of delays beyond 50 minutes from your scheduled arrival. Failure to do so may result in missing your shuttle then you need to wait for the next shuttle. We do not impose any additional fees for the next pickup it’s a part of our service. We monitor flights but can’t guarantee immediate rescheduling of flights. A $40 per booking cancellation fee applies if a confirmed reservation is canceled with more than 24 hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours of the collection time are non-refundable.
Shuttle2Home is not responsible for delays caused by inclement weather, traffic, or other unexpected incidents. Changes, cancellations, or refunds of reservations might occur accordingly. Expect longer durations for shared rides due to multiple stops. While exact travel times can’t be guaranteed, we’re committed to providing a pleasant travel experience.
One small carry-on and one large suitcase up to 30 kg per paying passenger. Additional items must be pre-booked at $10.00 each. Excess luggage on pick-up incurs a $20 fee per item and needs to be paid at pick-up time to the driver. Oversized items (e.g., surfboards, cycles) at $15.00 per item if pre-booked. Notify us in advance. We reserve the right to refuse non-booked items. Assist our driver in loading and unloading your luggage.
For transportation of oversized items, prior reservation is required, with a fee of $20.00 including GST. However, items like large musical instruments, sports equipment like skis or golf
clubs or travel trunks, bikes and surfboards are not permitted. For these, we suggest arranging a private transfer.
Once you’ve cleared customs, please turn left from the arrival gate and wait near the Bistro Box Café or Spark shops. Passengers using the Shuttle2Home service must provide an actively monitored phone number or email when booking. They must also ensure accessibility within 2 hours before the scheduled pickup. Failure to be reachable on the provided contact information absolves Shuttle2Home of any responsibility for delays, losses, or missed flight connections arising from non-compliance with this requirement.
In the event that the van does not arrive at the designated meeting point within a 15-minute window of the expected time, it is imperative for the customer to promptly contact the provided number of the company. Failure by the passenger to initiate this communication absolves Shuttle2Home from any liability about damages, delays, or associated costs.
Please remain seated and fasten your seat belts while the vehicle is in motion, in compliance with New Zealand law. Smoking, eating, or drinking alcohol is strictly prohibited on the shuttle.
Adhering to these guidelines ensures legal compliance and safety for all. Remember, cooperation is key to everyone’s safety. Failure to comply with these rules may lead to removal from the shuttle or other appropriate actions.
Ages 4-14: Children traveling with an adult receive a 50% discount.
Under 4 Years: Travel free with an accompanying adult.
Booking: We accept bookings for unaccompanied children at our discretion.
Consent Required: A guardian must provide signed consent for travel, both before departure and upon arrival.
Fare: Unaccompanied children are charged at the standard adult rate.
Car Seat Policy
Provision: Car seats are available upon request.
Child Car Seat Fee: An additional $10 may be charged for child car seats.
Booster Seats: Provided at no extra cost.
Own Car Seats: You are welcome to use and install your personal car seats or booster seats.
Special Assistance Policy
Assistance Requirement: Arrange for lift assistance at your departure and destination points; our drivers cannot lift passengers.
Health and Safety: Drivers are not authorized to carry passengers due to safety regulations.
Animal Policy
Guide Dogs: Permitted on all vehicles. Please mention your guide dog when booking.
Other Pets: Not allowed on shuttles. We can recommend services for pet transport upon
request.
Accountability: Shuttle2home does not assume liability for personal items or luggage that are lost or damaged due to theft or negligence. Passengers must inform shuttle2home in writing of any lost or damaged luggage within 3 days of their travel date.
Prohibited Items: Do not bring dangerous goods like loaded firearms, corrosive substances, explosives, flammable items, toxic materials, compressed gases, or any noxious materials in your baggage.
Pre-Approval Required: Inform Shuttle2home in writing before travel if you must carry any dangerous goods. Approval in writing is required for transport.
Service Impact Acknowledgment: Be aware that Natural disasters such as earth quake, floods, Hurricanes, Typhoons and Cyclones .Global crises are climate Change Emergencies, Global Financial Crises, Pandemics (e.g., COVID-19) or Local disruptions might be Traffic Congestion, Public Transportation Disruptions, Civil Unrest, Utility Failures can effect shuttle2home service ability to deliver timely services despite their best efforts.
Personal Responsibility: It is your responsibility to stay informed about such events and adjust your travel accordingly to manage any risks to your plans, in line with our terms and conditions.
Adaptation of Bookings: In response to any uncontrollable situation, shuttle2home may alter existing reservations to flexible, transferable tickets valid for 24 months, rather than providing refunds. These tickets can be reassigned to friends or family as needed.
